Returns

On the basis of Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving any reason, without owing compensation or penalty and without paying any costs, with the exception of the costs provided for in Art. 54, para. 3 and Art. 55, CPA within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the consumer.

To properly exercise the right of withdrawal, you should present to "VENOM" EOOD (EvolutionWatches.BG) the goods in the form in which you received them, unused, with fully preserved packaging and accompanied by all original documents.

Please read the information below to ensure that you have met all return conditions.

Return conditions:

• Availability of all accompanying documents that you received upon delivery – receipt
  receipt or invoice, warranty and instructions;
• The watch is in undamaged commercial condition, i.e. it has not been used/worn, it is accompanied by all
  intact labels and foils, and is in preserved original (undisturbed) packaging.
  The returned product must be without traces of use, without scratches, without traces of
  impacts and with all protective coatings that the product had when it was received;
• The shipping costs for returning the product are borne by you.

What are your duties and responsibilities?

• You have the right to test (try) the purchased product and make sure you like it, but
  you are obliged to keep it in impeccable condition and appearance;
• In order to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods
  the consumer should handle the goods and try them out as he would
  allowed in a physical store;
• For example: You can take it out of the box, examine it in detail, put it
  on your hand to assess whether it fits you well without removing and tearing labels and
  foils, to make sure it is working properly. If you have even the slightest doubt that
  If you do not like the product for any reason, we kindly ask you not to wear it, not to
  you go outside with it, don't pair it with your smartphone;
• The user is responsible for damage caused by breakage, scratching, flooding,
  combustion and other impacts excluding usual product testing;
• According to Art. 55, para. 4 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Consumer is liable for the reduced value
  of the goods caused by their testing other than what is necessary to establish
  their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

Which products are not returnable?

• According to Art. 57 (paragraph 3) of the "Consumer Protection Act" goods manufactured
  according to the user's requirements or on his individual order (for example
  engraving), are not subject to the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged;
• Goods in poor condition and visible signs of use – traces of impacts or scratches on
  the case, the chain/strap and the glass;
• Goods with registered original international guarantees in the system of
  the manufacturer;
• A launched smartwatch, with a user profile created, paired with a phone or
  without protective film, box, documents and accompanying accessories, it cannot
  be accepted for return or exchange;
• The option to return or exchange a product cannot be offered for
  products delivered to a customer's order that are outside the standard assortment and are
  paid in advance in whole or in part.

Procedure for returning a watch

In case you wish to exercise your right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, you must:

✓ all accompanying documents are available,
✓ the product is in undamaged commercial condition and without traces of use and
✓ with all protective films that the product was with when it was received.

RETURN FORM

Fill out the product return form, which you will find below on our website. In the IBAN field, you need to fill in your bank account details to which the amount will be refunded.

All costs of returning the product are at your expense.

What happens after you return the product?

Upon acceptance of returned goods from the User, we reserve the right to inspect the products for damage and impacts caused by any unusual use on your part.

Once we verify that the goods are in undamaged commercial condition and meet the conditions above, we will refund your amount within 15 days.

Refunds are made within 15 days as follows:

• In case the payment was made by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer to a bank account specified by the customer;
• In case the payment was made by bank card, the refund is made by ordering a reverse transaction on the card;
• In the event that the returned goods are in undamaged commercial condition or any of the above
  conditions are not met, the return request will be considered unfounded.
  EvolutionWatches.bg has the right, at its discretion, to refuse to accept a withdrawal from the contract or to charge the User for the costs of restoring the goods in commercial form, in accordance with the assessment of the established damage and in accordance with Art. 55, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Clock replacement

If you wish to exchange a watch within 14 days of receiving it, you must:

• To ensure that the above conditions are met;
• Fill out our product return and exchange form on our website. In the comment field, it is advisable to indicate the new model you would like to exchange;

   *The costs of courier services in both directions for exchanges are at the customer's expense;

Once the watch arrives and we make sure it is in undamaged commercial condition, we will send you the new model as soon as possible.

An exchange of an item is recommended for a product of the same or higher value than the one originally purchased. In case you choose a product of a lower value when exchanging, the difference in price will be refunded by bank transfer to the bank account you specified.
