PRIVACY POLICY OF "VENOM" EOOD WHEN PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

  1. Introduction

    By presenting these rules, we aim to explain to you what information we collect about you, why and how we do it, what your rights are under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 – GDPR).

    Why is your consent needed?

    Our utmost priority is to protect your personal data and to obtain your free, informed and unambiguous consent for the processing of your personal data by "Venom" Ltd. If you mark "I agree", you agree that you are providing your personal data voluntarily, that you have become familiar with your rights under the PDPA and GDPR and give your consent for your personal data to be collected, processed, stored and transferred to third parties for the purposes we have indicated below.

  2. Definitions

    "Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ('data subject' or 'user').

    "A natural person who can be identified" is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to his or her identity.

    "Administrator" is the authority that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. In the present case, the controller is "Venom" EOOD, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, with UIC 205389422, with its registered office and registered address: Plovdiv, Trakia district, bl. 193, ent. V, fl. 6.

    "Personal data processor" is a natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

    "Processing" is any operation on personal data by automatic or other means, such as collection, recording, storage, alteration, retrieval, use, disclosure, erasure or destruction.

    "Supervisory authority" is an independent public authority responsible for the implementation of data protection rules. In Bulgaria, this is the Personal Data Protection Commission.

  3. Policy objective

    This policy aims to ensure that the Administrator:
    • Complies with the Personal Data Protection Act, GDPR and applicable legislation, following good practices;
    • Protects the users, employees, clients and partners of Venom EOOD;
    • Guarantees transparency about the methods of storing and processing personal data;
    • Provides protection from the risks associated with data breaches.

  4. How do we collect information about you?

    The protection of our users' personal data is an important concern for Venom Ltd. Personal data is information that serves to identify you - name, address, e-mail. We do not collect personal data unless you provide it voluntarily, for example when ordering goods or subscribing to newsletters.
    We collect information in the following ways:
    4.1 Forms completed and submitted by you related to the services
    By submitting them, you are knowingly sharing data. For each form, we will indicate the purposes of use, the retention period, third parties with whom we share the data, and ways to exercise your rights. For example:
    • When creating an account in www.evolutionwatches.bg – names, telephone, email;
    • When participating in games or promotions – names, telephone number, email;
    • When purchasing – names, phone number, email, shipping address.
    4.2 Data collected through observations
    We collect information by monitoring your behavior on the site using standard Internet technologies (e.g. IP address tracking, HTTP request analysis, JavaScript for browser data, operating system, language).
    4.3 Data received from third parties
    We use analytics tools that provide aggregated audience data, which is not personal data under GDPR.
    4.4 Cookies
    "Venom" Ltd. uses cookies to store settings and identifiers necessary for the site's services. Some are technically necessary for its normal functioning. More information can be found in our "Cookie Policy".

  5. What information do we collect and process?

    5.1 Forms filled out and submitted by you
    We collect:
    • Names;
    • Username;
    • Password;
    • Mobile phone;
    • Email address;
    • City;
    • Delivery address;
    • Correspondence data.
    5.2 Data collected through observations
    When accessing www.evolutionwatches.bg General data (IP address, browser, number of visits, pages viewed) is automatically recorded, which does not identify a specific person and is used for statistics and support. For all visitors we collect:
    • IP address;
    • Browser identifier;
    • Behavior history (pages visited, time spent);
    • Searches and comments.
    For logged in users, we add identifiers associated with the account.
    5.3 Data received from third parties
    They include:
    • Basic profile information (name, email, date of birth);
    • Social media data according to your settings;
    • Contacts and method of connectivity.
    Venom Ltd. advises parents to educate their children about internet safety. Minors should not provide data without their parents' permission. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

  6. For what purposes do we process the information?

    6.1 Normal functioning of the site
    Data (e.g. session, cached content) is required for identity authentication, fast loading, and site security.
    6.2 For contractual performance of services
    We use the data for:
    • Account management in www.evolutionwatches.bg;
    • Order processing (acceptance, shipping, invoicing);
    • Resolving problems with orders;
    • Return and refund of products;
    • Providing support.

    • File a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission.

  9. How can I obtain, update and manage my data?

    Registered users can request deletion of their data via email from their account at info@evolutionwatches.bg. Identification is done via login or on site at the office (city of Plovdiv, Trakia district, block 193, entrance B, floor 6). The response period is 1 month, extendable to 3 months in case of complexity.

  10. How do we protect the security of your personal data?

    We are committed to ensuring the security of personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with industry standards.
    We store your data on secure servers, using the latest encryption algorithms, and guarantee the storage of backup copies.
    To process card payments, we use the services of myPOS, Revolut Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, which provide secure platforms for credit and debit card payments. All payment information is encrypted using SSL technology, providing a high level of security for transactions.
    Despite the measures we take to protect your personal data, we are aware that the transmission of information over the Internet or other public networks is not completely secure and there is a risk that data may be viewed or used by unauthorized third parties. We cannot accept responsibility for vulnerabilities in systems that are not under our control.

  11. Conclusion
